We had a good stay on both nights of the stay.
Exceptionally clean, good value hotel, the location was particularly good adjacent to tube lines and train stations, London Bridge tube and the main river walk. The king room was functional, very comfy bed. Staff was super excellent friendly and cooperative❤👍

This hotel is perfectly located, right in the middle between two tube stations, making it extremely convenient to get to all the attractions. The rooms are comfortable with cozy double beds and some even offer a view of the Shard, just as described online. The staff are friendly and efficient, always ready to help with any queries or directions. The breakfast is tasty and offers a good variety of options, perfect for a quick meal before exploring the city. The free wifi is also a bonus, with a strong and reliable connection throughout the hotel.

As someone who loves being in direct touch with nature, I couldn't have chosen a better hotel in London. Located just steps away from the iconic Tate Modern, my stay at this hotel allowed me to immerse myself in the world of art and culture. the convenience of having the Shard, St Paul's Cathedral, and the Millennium Bridge within walking distance made exploring the city a breeze. the hotel's prime location also offered easy access to the Bankside pier for Thames Clipper and the Southwark tube, making transportation a non, issue.

The location is pretty convenient as it is close to Southwark tube which has great connections to popular sites. the theatre is only a 10 min walk away and there are two supermarkets next to the hotel. the beds are comfortable.
The cleaning service could be better as reported by a few guests who had problems with the quality of towels and glasses.

The location was good as there were two supermarkets outside the hotel and it was close to some tourist attractions. the staff was friendly and breakfast had a good selection of fresh food.
The room was inadequate for a family, with a single set of towels and insufficient bedding. They were not able to address issues promptly or offer any apology.

The hotel has a perfect location close to everything including the River Thames and many popular attractions. It is also close to the tube stations, making transportation convenient.
